    I was excited to do this assignment at first because I thought making a meme would be a fun and creative way to show our knowledge of photoshop. I have to be honest though, this assignment brought up a lot of challenges and has now become one of the most challenging assignments in this course. I did my absolute best in trying to get everything perfect but had some faults in this meme, but I hope you still find it a little bit enjoyable. 

    I am a huge The Office fan so I know that I wanted to do something with Michael Scott. First I found a picture of him sitting at his desk looking at his computer. Then I had to find a face that fit the emotion that I wanted him to have because whenever someone forgets about an assignment the night before it is due they are normally upset. The face I chose was of him looking disappointed and starting to cry to show how upsetting this event was. I stared by using the picture of him last his desk as the background layer and then I added the face on top by using the method in the "Combining Images in Creative Ways" video,  to try and size it as close as possible to his face. I then made the face a smart object and and used the knowledge from the "Selection Basics, Quick Selection and Lasso, Fine Tuning a Selection" video about the lasso tool to cut out the face to fit onto the body along with the brush tool to try and clean up the sides. I lastly added the text box and put a little boarder around my words so that they would stand out a little more. A big tool that I used to complete this project was the video recording from class, which took me through some of the steps again that helped me a lot in assignment.

    Overall, I tried my absolute best to make this the best meme possible and entertaining to the audience. I am still learning my way around photoshop and hope that the more that I practice the better I will become at it.
